Bowler Engineers, Inc. is a female owned transportation engineering consulting firm founded in February 2007 by Carol A. Bowler, P.E., a 1985 Georgia Tech graduate of the School of Civil Engineering.  Our key personnel have over 60 years combined experience in transportation operations, planning, design and quality control assurance and review.

We prepare and review traffic operations and planning studies, construction plans for roadways, intersections, multi-use paths, and sidewalks.  We have extensive experience in project management and understanding of government plan development process on the state, county and municipal levels.

Our current market is the State of Georgia, metropolitan Atlanta and surrounding counties including municipalities.
